Describe the character in a few clear words

Is your brand formal, friendly or experimental? Rather than trying to be everything, define a character that fits your audience and your offer. It will guide both visuals and copy.

Define typography’s role

Headings, descriptions and supporting text each have a purpose. Establish a consistent relationship between type sizes, line spacing and weights. Check language support and legibility on small screens.

Make your images feel part of the same world

Lighting, framing and colour should feel connected. Rather than applying the same filter to every image, establish shared selection criteria. Avoid imagery that fills space without saying anything about the brand.

Make the guidelines practical

A concise guide can include logo spacing, colour values, typography examples and social templates. Its purpose is to preserve recognition when different people create content.
